Need to return a product?
You may return an item within 30 business days of your receiving your order.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is required for all returns. Please email us at returns@hascoind.net with your name, order number, and return email address to request an RMA.
Custom items can not be cancelled or returned. This includes but is not limited to any item that requires engraving, figures, embroidery, or customization of any kind.
Return policy
Hasco Industrial Supply accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges are not credited on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Hasco Industrial Supply on returned items unless there was an incorrect item shipped by Hasco Industrial Supply.
Returns within 30 days of receiving your order can be for exchange or credit. A 10% restock fee & $10 handling fee may be applied to all returns for credit. This restock fee does not apply to exchanges. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes attached to the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid by Hasco Industrial Supply. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not credit the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping.
Hasco Industrial Supply strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If item arrives damaged, save the item and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Hasco Industrial Supply immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged item.
Debit Card/Credit Card Procedure
Please make sure you are familiar with your banks credit/debit card procedures.
When you make a debit card purchase, Hasco requests authorization from your bank for the transaction. Your bank immediately places a hold on your account for that amount. When your merchandise ships, Hasco charges your account and the actual withdrawal takes place. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, we will again request authorization from your bank to verify that funds are still available. If your order is cancelled, you may need to contact your bank to request an immediate release of the hold placed on your account. Please note it may take your bank several business days to release a hold that they have placed on your account.
Hasco uses a debit card/credit card pre-authorization process when we first enter your order into our system. We get a pre-authorization from your bank at order entry for an estimated amount, then upon shipment our system deducts the actual, exact dollar amount of the order. You may notice there are two different transactions on your account until your bank drops the pre-authorization from your account. Refer to your individual banking institution for more information regarding their specific policy on pre-authorizations.
